| BRADLEY, Martie | Martie graduated LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2007, where she worked at the UP Law Clinic and received the Student of the Year award. Her interest in shipping was sparked during a guest lecture on the Law of the Sea in re deep sea mining and shipping law, by Judge Hoffmann of the International Court. She is currently gaining shipping experience by working at futureexotics. Martie is registered for Admiralty Jurisdiction, Maritime Law and Carriage of Goods. |

| HERNANDEZ, Deborah | I was born in Ivory Coast, have lived in Gabon and arrived in Cape Town two years ago, where I attended the University of Cape Town. I studied in France for three years, and speak French. My home-town is Libreville. |
| MAIN, David | Dave is a Master Mariner, having spend some 10 years at sea. He has served in most categories of merchant ships, ending his seagoing career as Master, Salvage Tugs. He is currently the General Manager Africa for Smi's salvage operations in Southern Africa. He is registered part-time for Admiralty Jurisdiction, Maritime Law and Carriage of Goods towards a Master's Degree in Shipping Law. |

| RUGAIHURUZA, Javelin Jason | I was born and grew up in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and am currently working as a State Attorney employed by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in Tanzania. where my father is Port Manager. Encouraged by my father, I have a Diploma in Shipping and Port Management from Bandari College, Dar es Salaam. I have registered for a full-time LLM in Shipping Law, studying Admiralty Jurisdiction and Carriage of Goods. |
| SANCHEZ, Natalie | I was born in England and raised in Canada. I am fluent in French and English, with a working knowledge of Spanish and have an Honours BA in Translation (French-English) at the University of Ottawa, and both BCL and LLB degrees at McGill University, where I worked as a student advocate. For two years I worked part-time at a general service firm in Montreal. I am a member of the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy Reserve) and a sea-going officer. I am a qualified Fleet Navigation officer and have served as an Operations Officer. When I am not working or studying I enjoy hiking, travelling flamenco dancing and engaging in any water-related sport. I am registered full-time at UCT and hope to complete the LLM in Shipping Law in February 2009. |

| WHEELER, Rory | I was born in Australia in 1985 and lived in Zimbabwe until 2000 when I moved to south-western France. I speak English and French. In 2003 I obtained the French Baccalaureat; in 2006 I obtained the 3-year Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Toulouse, and in 2007 enrolled for the first year of International and European Law. I have enrolled as a full-time LLM student at UCT to study international law. This semester I am tackling International Arbitration and Carriage of Goods by Sea. |
| WOGGON, Kim | I was born in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, and studied at the University of Hamburg from 2002 to 2007, passing the 1st State Exam. I have worked part-time at the university and at Latham & Watkins LLP. After travelling in South Africa for four weeks in 2004 I fell in love with South Africa and decided to enrol for a Master's Degree at UCT. I am currently enrolled for Carriage of Goods by Sea and Admiralty Jurisdiction. |
